Somerset Garden Yurt & gypsy caravan is in an enchanting, secluded and private location approached through a wooded glade. Set in half an acre of grounds overlooking our wildflower meadow. The whole site is for your exclusive use. Our glamping site gives you full use of our large yurt, authentic gypsy caravan, cabin kitchen and bathroom also a large barn with covered BBQ area. and separate 'bake house housing a wood fired pizza oven.

• General information

  Set in beautiful rural Somerset, our glamp site is exclusive as we only take one booking at a time, so you have the space to yourself.  We are dog friendly so you can enjoy your holiday with your fury friends if you have them! There is plenty of outside space for games and play. There is a brick built fire pit, seating area with swinging 'egg' chairs. Off road parking, Set in the countryside, with lovely walks right on the doorstep. 

• Accommodation

  The large wooden yurt is luxurious and fully insulated, it sleeps six, with two double beds and twin single bunk beds. These beds all have electric blankets fitted. The clear dome allows you to see the stars at night. There is a sofa for relaxing and a TV and DVD player. It is a magical circular space.

  The romantic Gypsy caravan is authentic and sleeps a two people in a cosy double bed. Adults can cuddle up and enjoy the spirit of yesteryear, whilst children of all ages simply love the enchanting experience that feels like another world.

  Fully fitted kitchen, shower room and seperate flush toilet. Large barn with wood burner fire, dining and seating area. Seperate 'bake house with authentic wood burning pizza oven.

• Prices

  We charge £100 per night inclusive which covers up to four guests, there is a small additional charge for numbers over that. NO CHARGE for dogs and very young children.

• Things to do onsite and nearby

  We are adjacent to the Bridgwater to Taunton canal, with 14 miles of tow path for walking,  boating, fishing etc.

  we are within walking distance of the Somerset Boat Centre, with its well stocked bar, leasure opportunities and cafe etc.

  Blackdown Hills, Quantoicks, and several RSPB and National Trust properties close by. Exmoore is easily accesible, as are the historic towns of Bath and Wells.

  The Jurassic and North Somerset coast can be easily reached. 

  Other nearby attractions are Chedder George, Longleat, Wookey Hole, and the West Somerset Steam Railway.
